Lightweight Cement Brick

Since 1997

Light, high-insulation cement brick — ideal for interior and exterior walls.

Overview

Light, high-insulation cement brick — ideal for interior and exterior walls.

Description

Lightweight cement brick. This product is distinguished by its light weight, giving a density of 600 - 800 kg/m³ and a compressive strength of up to 22 kg/cm², according to tests certified by the National Center for Housing and Building Research. The light weight of this product depends on the presence of voids inside the brick in the form of air bubbles, which provide the advantage of sound insulation and thermal insulation.

Production Rate

The factory's production rate reaches up to 200 m³ when operating at maximum capacity.

Sizes and Coverage Table

The specifications table shows the size (cm), the coverage area per cubic meter (m²), and the number of bricks per cubic meter:

Technical Specifications of the Lightweight Cement Brick Blocks

  • Provides a density of 600 - 800 kg/m³ and a compressive strength of up to 22 kg/cm², per tests certified by the National Center for Housing and Building Research.
  • Light weight due to air bubbles inside the brick, providing sound and thermal insulation.

Product Features

  • Economical: Cement brick blocks save the budget of any project by up to 8.7%, as a result of savings in the structural element sections of the building and the ability to switch from deep foundations (piles) to a raft resting on the soil.
  • Thermal insulation: Lightweight cement brick blocks provide a high level of thermal insulation when used in construction, per tests certified by the National Center for Housing and Building Research, reducing the rate of energy used by air-conditioning units.
  • Light weight: The density and weight of the cement brick are controlled to the client's specifications to obtain smaller structural element sections and lower cost.
  • Cohesion / strength: Cement blocks achieve good cohesion compared to their counterparts among other products.
  • Sound insulation: Cement brick blocks provide a high level of sound absorption and insulation, per tests certified by the National Center for Housing and Building Research.
  • Fire resistant: The construction material is more fire resistant and non-flammable, per tests certified by the National Center for Housing and Building Research.
  • Ease of working: Cement brick can be cut or drilled easily using ordinary carpentry tools.
  • Environmentally friendly: No harmful emissions to the environment during manufacturing, and no harmful waste or residues during construction or use in building.
  • Fiber reinforced: Distinguished by the presence of Poly Propylene fibers that help increase the bending resistance of the brick.
